SHIPPING POLICY

We truely do our best to deliver your order on the expected delivery time. You may have received the product more than once because we order those products from many sources. Your products will be shipped by our delivery/installation team or by the manufacturer or delivered via delivery service such as Kerry Express and ThaiPost, within 2-14 working days, depending on the time of procurement. Therefore, the delivery time will be shown on the payment page when you place an order.

You will be contacted in advance of 1-3 days by the delivery team, we will send an SMS or reach you by phone to confirm and arrange delivery/installation date. Please pick up the phone from us, if we cannot contact you, you may not receive the product on the scheduled date.
